We can produce screws with diameters ranging from M1 to M16 and lengths from 1mm to 1996mm, using materials such as stainless steel, titanium, iron, copper, and aluminum, as well as special materials like A286, 431, 321, 440C, 52100, C17200, 660, 630, A2-80, etc. We also support custom orders based on provided drawing or sample.

We have 72 units of professional machinery, including various imported models such as multi-station machines, molding machines, slotting machines, and edge cutting machines. The combination of these various types of machines is intended to facilitate the production of custom screws that require different processes.
